Reaching the 3 star Hotel Corona d’Italia Florence from Santa Maria Novella train station:

As you walk out of the front of the Santa Maria Novella train station walk to the Piazza della Stazione and walk to the left through the intersection and up the Largo Fratelli Alinari. You should be walking against traffic. The Largo Fratelli Alinari will become Via Nazionale. Continue up via Nazionale for about two blocks and the Hotel Corona d’Italia will be on the right side of the street on the corner of Via Nazionale and Via dell’Ariento.
